got the call at 9pm. I missed the call and called cack 10 mins later and it was busy. Called back the number an hour later and it rings to a female voicemail with the inbox full. Next morning another number calls saying I won some mexican cruise?

These people are Scam artists. They will say they are attorneys with Brown Andrews and Scott, saying you owe them money and if you don't pay you will go to jail. Do as I did and please call federal trade commission and also your local attorney general state consumer. Don't pay them any money!!!! I called the bar association of New York and they aren't attorneys. They aren't even a collection agency. As I understand they are over seas and getting people like us to pay them for debts we think we owe. They will contact your family, you and your job. Know that these people can't do anything other then to harass you but please put a fraud alert on your credit.

OMG....everything that is listed here is the exact same thing that I have received....very harrassing and inconvenienced!! Had to close my bank account and everything from the threats I received. Something needs to be done with this company who Ive never ever received a loan from!!!!

It is a scam. Threaten to call the cops and report them, or let them know you have already reported them. They turn into jerks yelling at you and cussing you out. Its not the first company that has contacted me stating I got a payday loan and defaulted on it. All these companies threaten you and make deragetory comments about sex.

calls al hours of the night and day but no one speaks when I answer the phone.

They call and a message plays that says: "This is an important call for" and then it just hangs up. I have called them back twice today as they call a couple times a day and never leave a message. On my first call I reached a young man who asked how I could help him. I told him that I would like to know the name of the company as they call repeatedly. He then just kept saying hello as though he couldn't hear me. I then called back and another man answered and when I asked what company I had reached he just hung up the phone. I know I don't have any business with anyone in Ontario, I'm self employed and don't believe in credit. I have no bills other than my housing and utilities which are all current... so I know I have no business with anyone other than my own bank and my customers who are all in Eastern Canada, and I'm sure would leave a message...
